Loudspeaker Technologies needed to separate their manufacturing area, which included processes that produced dust, from the rest of their warehouse, where finished goods were stored. The finished goods could not be contaminated.
They were looking for a cost-effective, dust-tight wall.
The solutionWhat we installed
Durascreen® in PX1000 fabric was used to create a floor-to-ceiling wall in grey, to match the existing building.
- Two doorways, one for pedestrian access and one for moving materials
- PVC strip curtains over the doorways to contain dust, fumes and odours
- Durascreen®'s dust-tight V-join system
Same building, 4 days apart
We needed a dust wall to segregate our production space from goods storage as migration of dust between the two can be problematic for us, so I reached out to DBC, who were very helpful in coming down to measure up and help us to design a wall that met our criteria and budget. The design and install process went well and is far quicker than any other warehouse walling system I know – the finished result also looks really neat.
