What Waddington Europe needed
Waddington Europe needed to contain the dust and heat generated by an additional plastic granulator machine. The excess heat was affecting other processes in their factory.
The solutionWhat we installed
Durascreen® in PX1000 fabric was recommended to contain the dust and help the cooling system in the area work more effectively.
- A roll-up panel for occasional use and for maintenance involving large plant and machinery
- Translucent PX1000 for a durable, long-lasting partition that lets light through, so the area needs no extra lighting
- Clear vision panels for a line of sight into the granulator area
- A PVC strip curtain opening to contain dust while forklifts and other equipment move freely in and out
The finished installation
Having enclosed the area surrounding the granulating machine, it's now the coolest place in the factory, because it's so much easier to extract hot air.
I couldn't fault your team in terms of service and accessibility. It went really well, and I would certainly recommend you.
