Stolle Machinery needed a cleaner, temperature-controlled environment within a busy, multi-function workshop.
They needed to segregate the machine shop area to reduce contamination and keep conditions stable, without disrupting the rest of the workshop.
The solutionWhat we installed
Durascreen® flexible partitioning was recommended in PX1000 fabric.
- Our V-join system for a dust-tight seal between wall sections
- Foam infills between the partition and the roof panels, for a further dust-tight seal where the screen meets the roof
- PVC strip curtains in framed door openings, as a temporary budget alternative to electric rapid doors
- Pedestrian doors in a bespoke colour
The finished installation
Working with your team was absolutely excellent – genuinely faultless. From the outset, the presentation and sample you provided were really helpful, and communication throughout was spot on. I honestly can't think of anything you could have done better. The installation went smoothly, and your site team were extremely professional – I've spent 20 years on site and worked with a lot of people, and I was thoroughly impressed. They weren't rushing to finish; they were keen, took pride in their work, and clearly knew what they were doing. Less than two weeks after completion, I was already asked if we could add another doorway – that's how well it's gone down. Now that everyone's seen it, they're fully on board – very pleased.
