Rose Calendars needed partitioning in their facility that could be installed efficiently around their existing operations.
The project meant coordinating site access and deliveries around the customer's operational schedule. The partition had to be installed professionally, with minimal disruption, and meet the client's requirements.
The solutionWhat we installed
Our Durascreen® flexible partitioning system was installed to separate the facility, with the DBC team working closely with Rose Calendars throughout.
- A bespoke Durascreen® system designed for the site
- Installed over 3 consecutive weekends to fit around site access and keep disruption to a minimum
- Two single-skin steel sliding doors with frames, for easy access through the partition
- PVC windows for visibility and natural light
The finished installation
The installation went very smoothly from start to finish. Paul was excellent throughout and kept in regular contact with us before each weekend to ensure everything was arranged and the site was ready for him. The work was completed efficiently, professionally and on time.
What we particularly appreciated was the team's reliability. Compared with some other companies we've worked with, DBC turned up when they said they would, communicated well and got the work completed without any unnecessary disruption to our operations.
There was a minor adjustment needed to one of the doors after installation, and the team responded promptly, returned to site and resolved it quickly. We really appreciated how responsive and helpful they were, and the door is now working exactly as it should.
Overall, we've been extremely happy with the installation and the service we've received from DBC. The team has been professional, reliable and responsive throughout, and we'd be more than happy to recommend DBC to others or provide a reference.
